As to be expected, the app will need to go through Apple's App Store review process before it becomes visible on the App Store. From there, uploading the app to App Store Connect is as easy as tapping the Upload button.
Once a project is complete, the user can head to the App Store Connect website to create a product page for the app. Apple says users will be able to build iPhone and iPad apps on the iPad and submit them directly to App Store Connect. While iPadOS 15.2 or later is required, publishing apps is pretty straightforward. With the latest Swift Playgrounds 4 update, users are able to publish their apps directly on the iPad.

Since its inception on iPad, users were able to create and build apps on the iPad. Swift Playgrounds is an app for iPad that lets those new to programming learn the basic building blocks and fundamentals.
Now that it is here, it marks the first time developers have been able to create iOS apps without the need for Xcode on a Mac. During the company's WWDC keynote earlier this year, Apple announced that the feature was coming.
